Replying to managers in writing
Youve had your meeting, in works time,the manager has written up the notes, in works time , he gives them to you ,in works time.So when do you reply in writing? Can you do it in works time? or do you have to take it home .Also is there a specific time you have to reply by?

What kind of meeting,reps have resourcing time does that help.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

It was a fact finding interview, Its just that when i wanted to read the notes the lino gave me ,( during ips , there time) he would not let me.So that got me thinking, why can he type the notes up in works time ,but i cant read them or respond to them in works time, why is that ? or is there time allowed that i dont know about 
?
