In NW London. any long term sick are now invited up to a meeting with the Dom to see how they are. Yer as if they are intrested. Even invited up now for stage warning.. How considerate Managaemeent are

From what I read on here , it is the norm nowadays. I have been off sick nearly six months now and my Dom sent me a letter inviting me to a meeting. Which I attended with a Rep , if I was unable to attend my Dom was willing to come round my home .

Don't agree to go to an interview, deal with them in writing to avoid 'misinterpretations'.

Thank your DOM for showing an interest in your health and state how much you love your job and hope to get back as soon as you are well enough. Politely request for all communications to be done in writing and promise to give him a weekly update on your recovery via email.

Keep copies of all correspondence.

If it really is procedure he will have no problem saying so in writing.

You write to him first and see what he comes up with. Don't mention anything about the interview.

I think he wants to call you in to get you to verbally agree to see ATOS so that he can then write you a letter, "As you have already verbally agreed..."
