Re: WHAT WOULD BE THE AGREEMENT FOR YOU
I would have no problem with them hours but royal mail will for when walk sequencing machines come to your office or hub office near you the mail will not be ready till any time form 8 to 9-30 am so how do we all get round this issue!. This is the one of the most contentious issues we all face together but not the only one!.chickenwittle wrote:mon to fri 6 to 3.10 sat 6 to 1.30 on 9 day fortnight tues off week 1 weds and thurs week 2 fri sat sun mon week 3 was working well before strikes

Re: WHAT WOULD BE THE AGREEMENT FOR YOU
The reason i started this thread is because the PEC meet tomorrow to decide this deal i would like all to make their views known not insults but constructive views for any amendments you all would like to see YOU all will have to do the work in the future not the negotiation team or the managers this is about all of YOU get involved get on the record MAKE YOUR VOICE HEARD!.

Re: WHAT WOULD BE THE AGREEMENT FOR YOU
1. A 35 hour week
2. £400 basic pay
3. A fair and manageable workload, without reference to intimidation and bullying by some managers
4. Decent EVR's for older staff who want to go
5. Full time contracts for part time staff who work full time hours
6. The Tools to do the Job
7. Put the Customer before the budget.
8. Six weeks Holidays
9 Better financial settlement if I have to retire through Ill Health
10. Decent pension when I hang up my Boots
I'm not asking for the Moon, I just want better terms and conditions for the folk who come after me. Just as our older members got for us. Through Our Union
