Under the new deal part time workers have this to deal with.
1 Door to door... no payment (full timers to receive 80 pounds)
2 Walks to be preped in thier own time.
3 No cut offs allowed (any overtime to be absorbed)
4 10 minutes break (full timers allowed 1 hour or 2 hours if over 20 years service)
5 20 pounds lump sum (full timers 5 grand)
6 Absorbed into duty the cleaning of all fulltimers cars (outside thier home as full time people are home earlier)
7 All part timers must change dutys to suit a full time worker wanting to work his day off on his or hers own duty.
8 Part timer not allowed to join the union (why should they as they have it easy?)
9 All part time staff to take a pay reduction of 6% over the next three years.
10 Part time staff to beg thier DOM weekly for more hours (On a 22 hour contract but in reality doing 30-50 hours a week)
