Mail Centre Oxford ... All packet and flats 2C mail is being shifted to Swindon without asking or telling local union . All overtime has been stopped .There is harldly any thing to do for early shift . So Mail Centre is going for fast track ballot for any kind of industrial action !!

Oxford Mail Centre has ex.RAF woman manager. She wants to run the place like RAF . Late shift manager is from Swindon and she always talk about Swindon... Night shift woman manager is asylum seeker from South Africa and she is after every white postperson for ravange ( She says whites are misstreating black in Africa ).

I am an ex crab myself if you PM me her details like first and last name, I'll check with me contact that are still in and see if we can get any info on her. Not promising but if we can find out what she did before It may give you a way of working with her. Us ex-service people especially the officers have a bit of a culture shock when we run into unions. It worked for me but not for her by the sounds of it.

In the case of Wesley Everest, former soldier in the U.S Army and IWW member, it was quite a culture shock when a boss and a bunch of strike breakers ran into him. He shot the boss and three strike breakers dead!
