This idea seems to work and it was quite popular when suggested few years ago. Think about it five day week. Plus if you already have six weeks annual leave it would increase to 18 weeks!! Sounds good to me!! Some offices already bank their hours on a five-day week so that they have a week off every six instead of a day off each week. This is similar to that scheme.
Think about it 50 hour weeks.
Maybe for you mate but personally 40 nearly kills me.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been. My BFF Clash The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
You have long weekends every 2 weeks which doesn't make sense, can someone else have a look.

It doesn't make sense because he never has a wed/thur off.
That cannot work because someone has to otherwise a very busy office and no room in the canteen on a wed/thur.
