easy to happen with a full frame, however, its easier to blame the postie,WTF can't someone put an example on Youtube showing how a letter can easily slide under a sealed flap

Dont they send out bogus birthday cards? - just to see if u open them.

it would be the only way to catch em.

your a postie yourself so your just to blame as the rest of us if thats your attitude. In my view it would probably have been done by casuals at mail centers, the thieving is rife at them mail centers by casuals, but thats what you get when all RM want to do is pay cheap labour. Email crozier and tell him aint no good telling us we know it goes on, your not the 1st and you wont be the last.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Is it a postie??? I know for a fact that letters sometimes get caught up in the machines and can sometimes get ripped open

I had one birthday card that arrived at my frame this morning that was open, all I did was put it in a damages bag and then delivered it (by the looks of it, the flap had only been given a lick and then stuck down which would just open going through our wonderful machines  ).
