I have some shredded wheat before I go to work about 04:30-05:00. I also take a soup flask to work with a tin of Big Soup in which I eat about 30 mins before I go out on my delivery and some fruit while out on delivery, banana/apple etc. That keeps me going until I get home. A good meal in the evening is also a good idea for the next day.

generally eat breakfast at around 5 and then from 6 until end of round do not eat..... usually ok, but tired is creeping up...

ideas please for food suggestions
A Running Buffet I bring with me, I run around with a Sandwich, then a Sausage roll, and a pork pie near the end of my walk. after all them calories I' don't be feeling myself then, in fact i felt a little queer the other day but I'm not bad now after a sunday off.

Is it obligatory to speak in Shakespearean English on RMC now?
Or does everyone speak like that in Manchester?
For verily it doth sound strange on the ear good lady.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

If he has breakfast and then mentions eating before delivery I would think that the greatest likelihood is that he is taking a meal relief. :Very Happy
If he is eating breakfastat 5 am, I would think that this is BEFORE the start of his duty, not many delivery dutys start before 5.00 nowadays. more likely to be taking a MR at the end of the duty ( 20 min's within duty time is a LEGAL requirement, not RM policy, but HSE requirement ). taking all your MR at the end of your duty is wrong - and also the reason RM are cutting dutys

I don't get up until 5 so don't bother with breakfast at home. I take a sandwich, crisps and a banana and eat them around 7.30-8am. Any later and I feel too full when starting delivery, and if I ate at 5am i'd be starving to death by the time I got home.

I don't have anything on delivery, including drinks - I only bother with water on hot days.
