It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

How much would you accept for doing unlimited D2D's.....I think £40.00 per week would buy my vote....anything less and I would lose out.......with the proviso that it goes up each year with the pay rises (...Ah remember Pay rises they were the days :silenced )

I have a feeling that D2D could kill the deal if it's deal is not good enough.

What about the cover duties. These guys NEVER do their 20% in our office. Do they get the supplement for doing nothing? I was on the same delivery this week but was moved off it Tuesday, day off Wednesday and was sick Thursday.

Manager threatened ME with wilful delay (and only me) just because I only did MY 40%. (two days on the delivery mon-fri). Not a leaflet was touched by the covers.

Double standards again.
Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Well they will have to do so and the managers should make them, otherwise the mangers are incompetent!!!!

I only did 40% this week, didnt get no willfull delay crap though. Ita mangemnet duty to ensure the the leaflets are done for the other three days.

I wouls suggest you ignore your crazy managers , RML would fail miserably at a employment tribunal on this issue!!!
