My sincere and heartfelt thanks for all the best wishes and malicious regards. It is important to have a balanced view.

It is my DUTY to publish some of my experiences whilst employed by Royal Mail.

You can have a wonderful anti-bullying policy and send people on training courses, but unless Royal Mail management get to grips with the problem, employees are going to be injured. Words alone are not enough. The culture of Royal Mail has to change so there is zero tolerance towards bullying. It's very harmful and people can suffer serious illnesses as a result. The only thing that will reduce the problem is if Royal Mail decides the behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Publicly they adhere to zero toleration, sadly the reality is a totalitarian regime where shouting, racism, victimisation, incompetence, threats, stupidity and bullying are the norm and this is deemed “Effective Management”. My memoirs will cover all of the above quality’s of “Effective Management” and more. I shall be precise as to detail in my memoirs (all are genuine) as an experienced researcher and publisher of historical articles and short films worldwide it is also my intention to provide every Universal Postal Union member with copies and will be translated into 10 languages. In due course this will filter through to RM and CWU.

My Royal Mail memoirs are dedicated to all Royal Mail employees who suffer under Royal Mail oppression.
The 1st publication will be Monday 1st March 2010.

Sincere regards,

The Undertaker, AKA 5 Kilo Man (this is the maximum weight ATOS specified I should lift)

Good luck, Undertaker.

I hope you can finish your memoirs before the real undertaker comes for you.

The B&H procedure is a stitch up. Why are private companies able to make money out of offering management services that use such policies? Management don't spend money on things that increase their costs. It is away of getting rid of unwanted staff. Anyone with a serious complaint gets dismissed for making an accusation in bad faith.

It is all part of the 'management by deception' fashion.

Perhaps you can highlight how secrecy and the withholding of information is translated as 'confidentiality'.

Muzzling of the free press is not tolerated in a civilised society yet in the workplace, the society that controls an individuals money supply, we are subjected to a fascist regime.
