Tales of the expected .....Walk testing started today !

Found out today from 3 different people, that on the tested round yesterday,the rep and the DOM were doing streets together, 1 side each, with no bags, just a bundle in hand -all the specials and recordeds were sent out in a van before they left the building - which never happens with us, and this is 100% fact ,and all hell is gona break loose when I go into work tommorrow.

so what happened? so i take it that rep is reported to the CWU? and hes sacked from rep position? yes?

if it was my walk id be going round with them? are we allowed?

We used to in the 90's have a part time round that the rep did, I was always happy with this as long, as others have said, and he didn't take the piss.
Nowadays our rep has a job to even get off IPS, I truly believe that giving rep's facility time, is in everyones interest, especially now with all the changes that are going on, to a certain extent our office still seems to be on EA time, it's just like banging your head against a brick wall

i have the same size walk as everyone else in our office,
i do most of my reping during IPS and I'm always one of the last 2 out of my office

i do the reping to help the staff i don't expect any favours

I'd say if your rep is getting favourable treatment and not standing up for your problems
get in touch with your area rep if he/she does not sort it get in touch with division

it disgusts me it really does - they want a bonus so they test the walk - and do half n half + lie about how long its going to be so they can get a BONUS.

Hasnt this gone far enough? all i want is a fair walk .

CAN WE REPORT THIS BEHAVIOUR ????????????????????? i cant believe its encouraged by the bonus culture.

this is almost everything that is problematic about my job.. to long a walk overtime fkd about with .. time squeezed in morning..

its not a "real job" im just the managers bitch/tool for HIS HUGE bonus while i am earning 7k a year he probably gets that just in a bonus....
