I'd take him oot side for a qiuet word, but not directly outside the office!! Why not take a trek down to where he does his delivery on your day off and sort it out there n then and i bet you he'll s**t himself cause these c***s are pussy's on their own with no one to act the man in front off.. Then kick his c*** right in m8..( Hope you'll be wearing a New Pair of Docs Martens at the time) He calls the police you where there accidently in passing and he started on you outside of work, SELF DEFENCE lol i'm sure you must have witnesses to things that have took place in the office so i'd say your on to a winner.

im not saying he should - but sometimes its the quick and easy option - instead of having to face up to him which could be hell of a stressfull thing to do if hes intimidating or even telling the dom ( grassing ) your going to be living in fear even more cos he will have it in for you even more now.

This is a life situation - deal with it and move on - forget - even fogive.

i reckon the guy could do with a move tho.

i know id be happy with a fresh new office. (just to get away from the bullying twats).

end#

i know a guy that hates his bitchy anoying boss - she sits infront of him every day of his working life - they dont talk - they hate each other and he hates his job. Would he rather move to another room if he could .. yes

would he rather move to another building all together - dam right he would.
