executive action by royal mail

At the present time cwu members across the uk. are taking industrial action against royal mail's string attached pay offer. The problem that is occuring in local offices is that royal mail is taking no heed of it's employees who are against the changes that senoir management are trying to enforce without agreement. I cannot understand why cwu are allowing the situation to arise whereas at local level they [rm] are implomenting strings ie. later start times through executive action. The pressure this is putting on cwu. members is wrong in my opinion. This course of action will put cwu. members in a difficult situation ie. if a rule 13 ballot is approved not only will the work force have to go on strike on the national ballot but will also have to take local action on the local disagreement . Surely this is wrong. If the cwu. at national level believe that the course they are taking against this deal is correct surely they must call all members throughout the uk. on an all out strike and put us all on a level playing field. This in my humble opinion is the only way we will win this dispute. ONWARDS AND UPWARDS.

i agree to dude thing to do is when they implement it get everyone together and all walk out the same time unnofficial or official get your arses out through the door and dont go back till its sorted just make sure dom cant see you instagating it or you will be out on your own
