We have finished the 3 year 'deal' as of April as far as I know.

I don't see 1.5 or 2% being too unrealistic...

I think your first comment, "is there one?" is possibly the most accurate Billy.
After the many cuts that we have seen this financial year I think POL will once again drag out that old chestnut "you all know the mess we're in, etc," (repeated ad nauseum throughout 2009/2010) and personally I think we'll be lucky to see any pay rise whatsoever.
Please don't take that to mean I'm happy about that because that couldn't be any further from the truth.
This has been without doubt the most frustrating, annoying and intolerable year of my 26 year PO career and the least those bastards at the top can do is offer us all a rise to match the current rate of inflation.
Sorry for that bit of a rant but I honestly cannot see a pay rise for anybody in POL this year; I hope I'm proved wrong!

That's extremely short and to the point Billy; but absolutely spot on!!!
I for one would feel able to do a worthwhile and proper job if these wastes of a salary were removed, rather than feeling like nothing more than a puppet having his strings pulled rather badly.
Crown Office Manager? The title itself is a complete joke because no Crown Office Managers are actually managing anything. They are simply implementing various bad ideas and ill conceived initiatives, usually with very little confidence in what is being implemented, all in the name of 'growing our business'.
I honestly never thought that I would see such incredibly low morale in our Crown Office network and the sad thing is that it doesn't have to be that way.
Let's hope that people have responded with their true feelings to the Have Your Say survey and, more importantly, that at least one of our alleged leaders actually takes notice of what's being said. (My money is on Richard Barker not giving a toss by the way!)
