I finished a rural once with the drivers door in the back!, the door hinge is mounted on unreinforced body work and flexes badly.
The top pins for the hinges fall out, the door check breaks off in the door, the locks pack up,they have very little body clearance for the rurals, and the gear linkage falls off just behind the engine.
The Connect has a dreadful plastic valence that falls off, wheel arch eyebrows that fall off but at least has good clearance.
The new Transits have a bloody awful locking system and no key hole at the back so if the key fob fails you cannot get in ,as happened to me once on SA,they all have a really awful gear linkage which relies on tension on wires and when slack becomes a nightmare,we had a heap from Victoria at Christmas that had, upon investigation ,had the gear stick pushed through the floor in the effort to find a gear.
Bring the Morris Z type back ,at least they were built with job in mind and were not a plumbers van that was not up to the stress of life with Royal Mail..

The mirrors are dangerous and do block out your line of sight at junctions. These need to be looked at by H & S as continued daily use will cause back problems.
I have height adjustment on my seat (08 plate), and tbh, i get on with this van fine ! It's much better than the Escort i used to drive
