Oh yes that is exactly what I'm like, cant help but laugh when the primary clears one by one.

I do weights as well as the obvious exercise from the job, been told by my mentor that creatine is the next step as well as 2 other supplements for muscle growth.

Was given some a few years ago, threw it out later. Never tried it.
Creatine only causes issues when it is used and not enough water is consumed, creatine forces the muscles to retain more fluid within them along with some extra carbohydrates, but mostly it is water. The benefits come with creatine when consumed post workout to help replenish ATP stores faster within the damaged muscles. Over 5000 studied done on creatine monohydrate so if people do decide to take stick with kind and not all the next generation creatines that companies keep pumping out.
Yes we have the same problems in royalmail to many cretins/senior managers not doing enough soaking up all the money but as it is they will never workout!. :left:

to ensure satisfactory delivery performance you could follow the refuse collectors regime.(we've all seen the eager beavers scooting round like greased weasel s**t)
Breakfast = 1 teaspoon of amphetamine and glucose powder.
Trouble is it tends to distort your spatial awareness ,and there has been an increase in fatalities due to pancake skull syndrome-double axle, 16 tons ,head in wrong place
Bye

Good bit of kit I've got is a Total Gym - If it's good enuff for Chuck Norris, it's good enuff for me.
Cost about £150, and is very versatile, but takes up a bit of room. Collapses if needs be.

You can do up to 60% of your body weight as resistance, and cover all major and even minor muscle groups.
Very safe, quiet and easy to use. Mrs and her fitness group girls use it too!

Forget the creatin DGP - what you need is a naked blonde - you'd be amazed at the bulking up - and remember sex is like running the marathon - or in my case the 100 yards dash :chuckle

The 2 other supplements are L-Argenine Alpha Ketaglutarate and L-Carnitine.

All L-Argenine Alpha Ketaglutarate does is increase blood flow to the muscles via nitric oxide, basically an "ego" supplement abused by the Friday night tight t-shirt brigade. The only way to use it for any benefit would be via a weak muscle group which would get a pounding from hell then the application of some stretching to breakdown the fascia covering that muscle to allow new growth.

The L Carnitine I am guessing is the acetyl l carnitine (ALCA) version?

If it is then you will need to increase your anti oxidant intake to offset the metabolism being so fast, my suggestion would be some ALA powder 3-4 times per day.

No but the main ingredient in Viagra is L Arginine
