Mail Center's are good places to work, and can be quiet rewarding, but at my Mail Centre the Employees are in fear of the CWU they intimidate bully and harras to maintain there monopoly. Even blatently threating staff. There just lazy animals who are compromising the future of the good people there. 2 people to move a pump truck 100 meters. THERES NO LOCK ON THE GATE THOUGH they just could never get a job anywhere else
We have lots of great kit better than other sites good geographical location and an amazing Production Control team, There are some great minds and idea's just lack of discpline and unaposed rep's that are ego maniacs.
WHY CANT WE PROVIDE A GOOD SERVICE?????????????????????
