From whats been said I think if I can't get EVR I'm outta here anyway, no way can I do a longer delivery, 20+ years to go to retirement and my knees have had it already. I see no benefits from the snippets of the talks at all. So it'll be a big vote from me aswell

Our union rep got sacked,so our area rep came in and done our revision.The outcome 4 and a half hour park and loop,what made it worse is that his office went on strike over it.

Cos we expected P&M 2007 to get voted down.....but too many people saw £400 going into their sky rocket and thought "I'll have a piece of that!" also the ballot question was a bit ambiguous ( can't remember exactly, but it was nothing clear like "Do you think this deal is a crock, and must be rejected immediately?"

RM have got what they wanted, later saturdays, d2d's in workload, no payrise 2009-2010, longer delivery spans, less money, wheres the benefit for the members, please point me in the right direction. . Dingo by the way getting £20 odd a week is no pay rise when i currently get £40 for my d2d's. for the thick £40 - £20 = £20 less a week.

If dingo has any beans to spill it wont be the full tin, and if he does then, what info he is able to provide maty well dry up.

dingos intel seems to be more of where we are in the process of trying to reach agreement and outline details of the issues agreement has been reached on, rather than the complete full nitty gritty detailed info of things. dingo has suggetsed 50 pages will form any set of proposals, the info from dingo on this site is hardly 50 pages !!!

Maybe the guess who people are game should stop. This is a reason why some people are weary of posting on here. What would you gain from exposing who a poster is??........ probably a loss of information for everyone else.
