It's all about blood sugar this? Are you having a bit of breakfast? A big bowl of cereal with honey/sugar will keep you going till maybe 1/2 way round delivery than a sandwich or two with jam/honey and a ribenna should sort you out. Ribenna is expensive so I get blackcurrant squash from Lidl and make my own up extra strong for added carb. Lately is been so cold you don't know how your gonna be blood sugar-wise out there so I have some reserve chocolate but have to try to forget it's there otherwise I have it anyway!

It's not drugs that are gonna be standard issue soon but a 6pack of red bull and a skate board. Heard that from a rep so get ready.

Step 1: - See a professional, like an osteopath or chiropractor, or even aromatherapy / sports / Thai massage ( specifically someone that will NOT, REPEAT NOT offer "extras" - that should stop DGP & DVB getting excited ).

Step 2: - Once aching legs and joints have been eased, go to B&Q and buy an angle grinder ( a big one ),

Step 3: - Amputate legs....no more legs, no more aching joints.

Step 4: - For any further aches and pains, repeat steps 1 & 3 only

Simples!

That isn't strictly true. Don't amputees complain of pains in limbs they no longer have.I am sure there is a medical term for the condition but I can't be bothered to look it up.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Phantom pains - but afaik, they are usually present in amputations arising from previous injury, ie the soldier whose limb was injured, and a few days or weeks later the limb is removed - the nerves remember the transmission of pain signals from the wound, and as the nerve endings are never allowed to heal, the nerves continue to send those signals. I'll admit, I don't know what the score is with sudden traumatic amputations ( ie a tree surgeon losing a limb if his chainsaw jumps back on him ), but you have to understand - I'm a postman, not a flippin' orthopedic surgeon! :chuckle
