Not necessarily, RM has a few dedicated appeal managers. If Sharon knew the appeal managers name someone who she is friendly with at work could find out through RM people finder if this manager only does appeals.
She should also have the managers name and contact details on her appeal bundle of papers that she received before the appeal. She could phone the appeal manager direct to find out what position they hold.

i have a dedicated appeals manager,that is all she does but it is still taking the 90 days allowed!!!
please dont be in any rush and be patient that is what i am being told

OK. I didn't realise there was a 90 day limit, thanks for that mate.
Funny how the 90 day time limit at RM coincides with a 90 day time limit for filing an ET claim.
Coincidence maybe?

A postitive return from the ET on an acceptence always gently reminds the appeals manager that we mean business!!

No worries La Poste :wink: as you know I like the facts or as near to them as I can get.

If patrickstar is being paid and no dis-respect to him then RM managers should be taken to task for not sorting appeals out quickly. I cant believe its 90 days maxium for an appeal.

hi guys
sorry for not getting back to you.I cannot go into too much detail because obviously i am subject to confidentiality.I was just transferred from my office to another but am awaiting my appeal.My case was complicated by the fact there is more than one person involved .That said i am still waiting and tomorrow will be 90 days since i had my appeal heard

hi patric star well i see you have joined my discussion you must still be at work if your in another office where as im dismissed an im still waiting on my answer so i do think there is a difference between you and i as you are working but hopefully we shall both get answers soon we hope good luck any way
