With a fragile economy, a failing business and a pensions black hole, you think RM are really going to offer £2000 for posties to "do their jobs"?

The agreements being made is nothing more than gooble gush, both will make concessions. One example maybe more D2DS but a shorter saturday, but with local agreements do people really believe RM will change this or does the shorter saturday mean 5-12 or 5-11 or more importantly what i think 7/8 to 2/3. Hardly shorter week and worse off for people and they social lifes at the weekend.

I just can't see the deal being good.

That is my favourite. They will bully you if you can't achieve the targets and bully you if you can. :d'oh!
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Dingo could you tell us if lapsing or summer savings for holiday/sick leave will still be part of this agreement.
