Crikey, I wish the talks would go on forever, for when they end, and the deal they've agreed is put to us, those faces will get longer, and I for one, am not looking forward to that day, I can tell you.
Yes, there's a lot that could go wrong along the way. I believe that one of the sticking points has been the lenght of attendance on Saturdays for the delivery staff.

Monday and Tuesday both good. Not bad on packets either. Day off today so I don't know how it was. Parked in works car park while I went shopping today. Nipped in just to have a look at the engineers starting on the installation of the machines, due on line in February.

Presumably a poor attempt at sarcasm. So poor in fact that I don't understand it!

Our office got absolutely mullahed today, more flats than we've seen all week, packets all over the shop, but hey, we're working for Royal Mail, we don't wind down as the week goes along, no sireee, our lovely managers stock up on the crap, then send all the shyte out in one hit, and we in consequence get wound up.
This company is bonkers, absolutely bonkers.

A fairly heavy day for a sat. Just light snow to deal with so i put on my chains and thought i would be ok. Wrong  There were patches of solid black ice underneath which you could not see until you stepped on them, i was over within ten mins  .
Took it really steady after that but still went flat on back again  The second time did hurt some and i am looking at a lovely bruise on my hip  madness

Got back to office at about 12.45 but at least the managers got away by ten :Very Happy :Very Happy :Very Happy

Sky mags today told we had to take everywhere we were going. Out of 10 bundles I only had 8 mags left as I had a 99% call rate. Complained that that was not a fair dispribution of workload as the duty I'm on Monday was very quiet so I have stack loads to do then to! But it fell on deaf ears, even when I reminded them they could not go home until I got back.
IF it ain't broke it soon will be if RM have their way
