Totally 100% agree Mr G.O. Root (ingenious user name by the way).

Any chance he can take the whole alleged senior management of Post Office Limited as well?

It's about time we had people at the top of Royal Mail Group who had the first idea of how to run our business coupled with a bit of backbone.
Will it happen? It needs to.
For the sake of the population (not merely to protect jobs) we all need a reliable, efficient and accessible postal service that meets our needs. Not one that is being run down on a daily basis by people who are barely able to find their backsides with their own pair of hands.

I for one hope they choose wisely and select the right person to transform us into the great British institution that we were before Crozier and Leighton got their claws into us.

Good Luck to whoever gets his job because he or she will certainly need it.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

I doubt he has sufficient moral fibre to even consider such a thing ( and even if we gave him a Webley and one bullet, he'd expect one of his underlings to deal with it )

Also, if you referring to "albops" avatar ( big chest, etc ) that might be true, but you have to ask why a male member of the forum has an avatar of a bird with big knockers :chuckle
I don't suppose your mouth bleeds every 28 days, does it?
