Agree with you Tommo. This is supposed ot be a forum for royal mail workers to discuss work issues and things affecting their working life. Some seem to be hijacking it to promote their own personal political agenda.

was that, im not a racist comment but, aimed at me since i mentioned the word if so i thought i was allowed my own ideas as much as you are,my argument was simply that our country desperatly needs to catch up with its needs and that is why we need to stop immagration,thanks to the european legislation we have many more people entering the country than we can handle at the moment it may be all rosy where you are but round us we have people living in places i wouldnt let my dog wander and as for some off the things we have to put up with it would kill the bandwidth,i would like to see people born in this country trained to do the jobs we need filling, remember training rm used to do it,and paid a decent wage for doing it,as for why these posts are coming up the title said p/c and the problem is in this country because of the p/c many people are afraid to say what they think,i would like to see all positions filled from people who have a right to be here,then get people from abroad to fill the needs that we cannot,have a good look at france and the way they do things they are currently in business and employment and financially the most succesfull country in europe not that the officail stats will tell you that.
just as a aside do you have a paticular poltical affiliation i could do with some help in this area and need to do some concise reading since the way i see things in this country is
labour is now conservative
conservatives dont know what they are
liberal/democrats read the papers see what is popular and change their minds daily
bnp trying to be respectable but doomed because of the amount of nutters

at least the welsh and the scottish have something to follow
