It will not happen if we all tell our union and royalmail NO their is a line which we all will draw and if the line is breached NO MAIL WILL EVER BE DELIVERED ON SATURDAYS UNLESS THOSE WITH NO BACKBONE OR THE FEW OF THEIR MANAGERS!. WE ALL MUST HOLD THE LINE AND NOT WORK SATURDAYS IF THEY ROYALMAIL CHANGE OUR HOURS IF NEED BE STRIKE EVERY SATURDAY TILL IT ENDS!.

Well if we go to a shorter working week then it would be 7 til 2 or 7.30 til 2.30 - so when do you take your break? Unpaid of course - which begs the question will there be any breaks at all - no grace and favours for smokers - perhaps it will be 8 til 3 or 9 til 4 ......................who knows - we don't

Here.. Here.. We shouldn't be out delivering Mail on a Saturday anyway... IF ROYAL MAIL ARE SERIOUS ABOUT SAVING MONEY - here's an idea -

Let us all deliver MAIL MONDAY - FRIDAY dispense of the FLOATERS and the AGENCY STAFF ( which must cost RM a fortune to get in to work ) give your employees the full weekend off.. and maybe just maybe a kick start to a better way off working as this will surely have its REWARDS in STAFF MORALE.

We were told by dom that last posting would be 4pm, saturday would be no different. Also mentioned one off increase in wages for D2Ds then six sets per week meaning delivery to every address every day.

Managers talk a load of poo. I postcomm know nothing about a 3pm finish they're hardly gonna be pleased at an even later last letter.

How can he even say that when NOTHING has been set in stone. JUST. VOTE. NO!!!!!
