We were told by the dim that we are to do 5 d2ds per day every day of the week, they will come all prepped in an envelope, we are currently on 3 and half hour walks but with these new d2ds we will all be cut to 3 hour walks but 100% of the delivery every day of the week one off payment and a wage rise. Dont feckin think so :cfo

THEN YOUR LUCKY = we get three a week , every week ( SOON TO BE 6+ FOR NO EXTRA MONEY )
We average probably 1.5 lots per week.

3 every week all year round in our office, so this begs the question if the cap is put up i will almost definatly be taking 6 items a week every week while some offices take the 1-2 lots a week they have always done for the same reward under the new way they want them done.

heard today (hopefully just rumour )
£2,000 cash payment lump sum for wait for it
10 dtds in prepared envelope 20% per day so they can still increase your duty size
so how does that work with persons not doing them and discrepicies in numbers
ie one duty 400 drs next door duty 800 drs same payment ?
also mail centre staff who dont deliver
also work it out massive pay cut 10 dtds @1.67p over 500 drops over say 10 years
well worth 2 grand i dont think so
well done cwu destroy working conditions from a position of strength before xmas
to complete surrender 2 weeks after new year for a pay cut
god help us if true

I don't want D2D at all. I hate the bloody things. I hate prepping them, counting them and most of all delivering them, especialy when it's wet and windy.

What would the deal be with part time reserves? Would they still get a pay off?
If you tolerate this, then your paid break will be next

Personally i'd probably pay back w/e they're gonna end up offering us just to not deliver the f***ing things.

The mind boggles. Mail isn't dropping it's just a lie. And packets certainly are increasing. 3 D2D weeks are an absolute dread, espesh with papers. They takes hours to sort out and add hours on your delivery.

And AND... they complain because we haven't taken light bulbs out? FU RM .

One of my saturday off members raised a query today, he wants to know if he will get more money if we have a supplement as he will be doing door to doors 5 days a week and OPG's with weekday off will only be delivering them 4 days a week. :hmmmm
