Unlikely.
So far as is reasonably practicable, all members entitled to vote will receive a ballot paper at the address notified in writing to the CWU. The ballot papers will be dispatched, so far as is reasonably practicable, from 21 April 2010. For votes to be valid, members must mark the ballot paper in accordance with the instruction, and return it sealed in the prepaid envelope provided to the address nominated by the Independent Scrutineer and appearing on the envelope.
I would like to see the predicted timescale for the ballot for this agreement.
There may be a clash of ballots or perhaps we could just have 2 for the price of 1.

It would be helpful if NEC Representatives wrote down what they have achieved each year, then CWU members would be able to vote more fairly because at the moment branches just vote for the NEC Representatives they are familar with whether they are good or bad.
