as if the workforce aren`t dis gruntled enough,it seems royal mail are doing everything to make you leave the bloody job.
I've got a life outside RM and 7 to 3 doesn't bother me, I'm happy to be in a job and full time. Get real, lots of people don't have a job at present. I've worked nightshift before and hated it although the money was good. I get fed up with the moaning minnies who keep carping on about how bad this job is, if you don't like it GET ANOTHER ONE. Yes, the job hasn't got easier and management is crap but do the job by the book and finish on your time. There are a lot worse jobs out there and I've done some of them! :speak to the hand

Sorry but if you can't see the different between light hearted banter aimed at the people we find frustrating, out of touch and who seemingly always attack us rather than sit down and come to an agreement before we go on strike, and a comment that offers violence because someone holds a different opinion than yours then perhaps this forum is not for you.

What prowler said in the post you responded to, I disagree with but I responded with a post explaining why, you didn't you posted what you posted and that in my opinion broke the rules, as a Mod that's my job - and in the same circumstances I would do exactly the same again.

You may disagree with my decision, which is your right if so you could ask POSTMAN to review it.

As to the smilies its a discussion we have had before and I think most on here see the funny side of them, but they would not condone a real act of violence against any of individuals concerned in real life.

If you re-read my post (now deleted) ,all i said was that the guy had his own smiley. There is no difference to what i said and what this forum condones.

This---> :mfo imo is no different to what i suggested. I have no problems with your moderation or double standards. After all said and done we work for RM :silenced
