'Noisy sex' woman spared prison

Post by Pat Ostman »

A woman who breached an Asbo banning her from having noisy sex has been given a suspended prison sentence.
Caroline and Steve Cartwright's "unnatural" love-making prompted complaints from neighbours, a postman and a woman taking her child to school.
Ok, so who was it? :dance

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

If you read the report it begs the question, what was "unnatural" about it?

Not just judges fh, I recall a tory MP too, and lets face it where is the sparkle if you don't have a gag and a pair of handcuffs, a blindfold, bottle of blue pills, a feather boa, high heels, fishnet tights :whistle

I know whose round it is - but he denies he complained - We jokingly asked him if he was taking his break outside the house to have a listen - he said he could take his break four streets away and could still hear!! :Very Happy

Haven't the Courts got better things to do?

Post by Scarlet Pimpernell »

I realise that the noise is probably quite distressing for the neighbours. But come on! There's people being burgled, drug dealers, armed robberies, etc.. Going on all round the Country. And now we hear of the Courts spending time and money persuing someone for being too noisy having sex.

Come on. There must be a better way of dealing with this.

Is the prison not for breaching the ASBO and not for the initial noise, I personally believe the ASBOs are too easy to abuse by councils/police/courts etc. and there has to be a better way of keeping order. :hmmmm
