The only thing that needs to be stamped out is the managers arguementative approuch regarding safe and reasonable work loads and of course the pay rise and our pensions and equality

what a douch bag of shite :evil/mad
I still haven't got over that little gem from Crozier. He really is the most worthless human being I know of, after Mandelson ,that is.
Perhaps "Cameron" has got one thing right after all http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/newstop ... meron.html" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Mr Cameron laughed and replied: "I'm convinced we have been visited by alien life forms - and one of them is the trade secretary Peter Mandelson."

wen im walking round delivering hundreds of giros i wonder if its worth my time earning 100 pound a week more than sumone that does not have to work.

and can enjoy a stress free and painless life and have good health from nto carrying to much weight.

This job is taking its toll on me in more ways than one. I feel mentally and physically drained every day.

and im really starting to hate every minute of this mundane job.

and by the time i take off my travel expenses and food for work .

I may well be better not working..

on part time ne way.

Do they wonder why people dont hang about for very long on part time contracts ?
one day part timers will have the same right as full timers

much as i hate this ar$ey job,i still have my pride,the pride that i will not throw myself in with the lowlife cesspool of the giro generation,as long as i can go home (albeit feckin knackered) & say "yes i earned my (not so great pay ,that means i need to do D2D & SA every week to get a decent amount)wages,& a thanks every now & then from the public + the workmates who are superb,then i'm reasonably happy
BUT the stress,injuries,constant tiredness is hard to take,& gets harder every year is there at the back of my mind saying "jack it in,sponge it,take it easy "
Art as expression
Not as market campaigns
Will still capture our imaginations
