Sorry, but your response sounds like something a guvnor or acting guvnor (worse IMO as they want to pull rank one minute and then be your mate the next) would read from The Courier or in WTL. I know what I'm collecting from firms etc and I see what comes into POMC from logistics! Talk of volumes going down is just to justify losing more duties this year.

And I know POMC doesn't process mail on earlies anymore (and it's not alone in that) while only two-three years ago there was no spare capacity anywhere. How do you explain that?
