lets have some respect for people.this is my first strike ever.the main issue here is those two gits at the top .we want them out,and we must not focus away from that.i am so mad with them,gits. we must stick together

I think we should have a complete work to rule and a series of strikes. Striking alone doesn't seem to be having much of an effect... yet.

However, enforcing a work to rule policy will be very difficult. In my office we've tried WTR a few times and very few people actually did it, though most claim they did.

There are plenty of people who are willing to strike but won't work to rule because they like finishing early. Some have 2 jobs, so use that as an excuse, others are just sad bastards.

I imagine there are a lot of other offices like this around the country.

How would the union make sure everyone is working to their 318?

What makes you think anyone else running the business would do anything differently?

I ask you all what would you do differently if you were in charge?

Maybe Maybe not??? But then scum would be out on there ear and would have to work for a living.... Then Royal Mail would be Run For the people Buy the People... Not leaches and parasites... Hows your bonus DOM??? Hope it only brings you bad luck and unhappyness....
