We've got something like between 10 and 15 yorks of pkts, I think the few chosen few are out today delivering them, we got hit quite bad with the snow, so we've got something like a dozen deliveries still not up together, the frames just aren't big enough to get the mail into them. People are turning down OT just because they're to tired at the end of the day. And of course they're looking to take more time out of the office by doing park and loop.

This was always going to be the result of slash and burn, once people realise they have only got time to do their duty, and DOMs try not to pay OT, people get used to less money, and when DOMs want to pay OT, they get told where to stick it.

Our office had 6 people in on IPS and 5 on parcels on Sunday. From what I saw yesterday not much impact made. Good job postings are 10% down, I don't know how we would cope otherwise :left:
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets
