The union has what it wanted from the strikes that costed us money. They are party to the talk's that will cost thousands of people their job. from the very outset that is all they wanted, your future your pay and your condition's mean nothing to them, they have what they wanted that's all that matter's to them.ziko wrote:What will the union do about this question?

This is all well and good TBT however a real proper arslicking manager (yes yet another failed postman) and you know who you areTrueBlueTerrier wrote:Hang fire - the agreement that covers this has not even been finalised never mind agreed. Royal Mail agreed to not impose any EAs whilst discussions are ongoing so they should not be able to impose it. The new agreement should have guidelines to help both sides once we have agreed it
