we have to stay solid or there is no future. stand up to the flak we get and tell them we are going on strike next friday to smash their smug plans about delivering all the potter books

He would not know where old street is, as most of mdec staff have never been taught how to sort mail properly. If they did they would not send canterbury to glasgow because it says G2.

I would class myself as one of those who cannot afford to strike, i usually live in my overdraft because of huge mortgage (my own choice yeah i wanted a nice house) , also i dont even agree with the strike ...i think a better plan should of been tried first ....BUT.... if you are a CWU member then its ridiculous to cross the line imo!!! The union operates on a democracy and shoud be followed whether you agree with the outcome or not.... i have found that working in a MC the strings dont necessarily affect me much at all, and i wouldnt see a wage loss like some...... but....maybe next year the MC strings will come out and i will sure as hell want the posties to be backing us when im up in arms about the cutbacks etc!!!! THATS why i will not cross the line even tho 100% on a personal level i DO NOT WANT TO STRIKE(especially one dayers as ive voiced in other threads, i see it as useless) , and thats why currently im ebaying some stuff to cover wage loss. I would NOT like to work in RM once the CWU had been totally undermined!!! They need to stay a force to be reckoned with to keep RM from part timing us all etc!!!!!!!
