Too right.Sometimes we are effing brilliant.
Bet TNT haven't got a similar story.
Bet TNT haven't got a similar story.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Run, rabbit run. Dig that hole, forget the sun.
And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: Mystery Christmas Card Delivered
No other company would have the knowledge to deliver that, but tbh it looks pretty easy for us to deliver. We had one last week that had just the surname and the name of the estate on it (several thousand houses), but it was on my walk and I knew which house it was for.
Unfortunately that's going to happen less and less as staff don't tend to do the same walks for long periods of time any more.

And typically for a Christmas card the stamp wasn't cancelled.

We live in France and a total of seven 56p stamps on cards were not franked but MUCH more important the wonderful machinery that supposedly processed them DIDN'T COUNT THEM either
Sad but true that it represents about 5% of the cards we received but surely 5% is a bloody lot of traffic over Christmas

But unfranked 56p stamps aren't much use when you live in France.ExSG wrote:We live in France and a total of seven 56p stamps on cards were not franked but MUCH more important the wonderful machinery that supposedly processed them DIDN'T COUNT THEM either![]()
