There will be no cuts in management for now..... Crozier needs hachet men for the moment. But what do you think will happen to all the DOMs when the cullin of the real workers is over. There are a few smug DOMS around at the moment (not pointing at anyone on these forums) but I bet they wont be smiling for long. Crozier wants cuts in staffing, less workers will ultimately mean less DOMS. The clock is ticking for all in the RM. Managers should stand with the workerforce now as we have a symbiotic relationship. Without such a large workforce to manage many of you too will be surplus to requirements

can't afford to be so top heavy , or have a management structure for the managers inside it . Some will outlive their usefulness & won't be so safe anymore .
Very beauracratic , neither a version of the civil service or a business .
Royal Mail managers.....about as popular as a t.urd in a swimming pool!
The DDA/Equality Act demands action,NOT words......adjustments NOT Occupational Health referrals.Case No:2505901/09
Royal Mail is an Equal Opportunities Employer..It discriminates against everybody.

yeah because they're frightened of what a twisted , bitter manager with a chip on his shoulder might say outside the PO - Glasgowgate was a leak from a Acting Manager

Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........
oh well considering its christmas...Not a "bloody" chance I couldn't care less if it was our final hours before doom,, they took the money now let them rot, not unless they give every penny they took from Royal Mail and give it to all the British service men and womens parents who have sadly died in Irag and Afganistan then they may be forgiven, only may though
