And the sooner the better , heapsy. It's hard to believe , isn't it , that despite the two clowns spelling out exactly how
far they want to go in destroying our jobs , relegating our payscales to the lowest league , and ensure we all get as
measly a pension as the two morons in charge can manage , that anybody , anybody , crosses a picket line.

Tell you something, mate. If aliens from another world visit our country looking for intelligent life-forms to study , any scab
they come across will be left well alone, and won't have anything to worry about.

RM also said they would talk to the cwu this year about payrise! I believe that we are striking because they have broken that promise AGAIN!!

Well as I posted just after the last strike, I'll be there, on the gate, no matter what

I'll be on the gate at our office from 5.AM , then about 10.AM off to Paddington mailcentre to do a spot of picketing
there , then off to Old Street to join the demo and hurl abuse at Leighton & Crozier. Blimey , I'll be plum tuckered out
by the time I hit the boozer !!!!! :Very Happy

All 15 mins later of it

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

What do you mean "ringfenced" when you speak early shift allowance.

Is this when they gradually phase your payments out over 3 years, if so how long do you have to be on that shift to qualify.
