It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

think it's mostly a push bike or motorbike job . Lot of corporate PR on their site , in my experience it's not usually worth the paper it's written on .

They do have quite a few vans around the City of London - I got hit by one last summer. :evil/mad

Makes me laugh...
This lot are on my delivery and I deliver mail to them each day.
A huge company like this and they have a local office in a small wooden building, for want of a better phrase, behind some shops I deliver to.
It's like an oven when I walk into the building... mind you in weather like this it is great, but it's like this most days.. "heating on full."
