Went in this morning to do some packets, it was like old times knocking on peoples doors and waking them up :Very Happy
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

What a busy day that was, had my most Impressive cut off yet. Got in a 10 and there was literally a handful of letters in the frame and the bench piled high. So got on with throwing it in with a smile on my face as I new I could only work my time as had kids to pick up. I kept being asked if was ok my reply was always the same yes bit need to work to my time. Ok kept being the repsonse. Well it was a s**t busy day and as I don't prep to often it took me till 12:15 by the time I had done packets, kill offs, redirection and bagging up it was 12:55. Went for my break and finally left the office at 13:30 the happiest I've ever left for delivery with only two bags as I left all but two streets as it takes 20 mins to get out, 20 mins back that left only 50 mins to deliver of my duty time.
Thisis what happens when you a management who couldn't organsie a piss up in a brewery. Bring it on more often. Never felt so fresh after a delivery.
Life's only rosey if you make it that way...... There is life outside of Royal Mail you know!

Right so RM saying that this week is the busiest week of the year (Monday apparently the busiest day for people sending mail), and they were already caught out by a 13% increase in traffic last week - SOunds like someone does not learn from past mistakes.
