Winding down the PF and transferring the money to the general fund is possible, will have to check out if that needs consent from the PF mbrs or whether the NEC can go ahead without consent if they so wished to do so.
If the PF was wound down and the NEC wanted to increase subs for the general fund by the same amount PF payers paid weekly then that would also be possible. As you say that would be a increase for those who dont pay into the Political fund.
