Why not agree? Ask for a new permanent 40hr contract and let your manager know that you will consider a generous buydown offer in the new year

Im a 25 hour Glasgow postie and am being ( chose ) sent to the GMC in springburn to do sorting work 40 hours a week ( 6am-2pm ).
Other choices was doing normal 25 hours at GMC or staying at normal office doing 25 hours on delivery.

IF they have changed your contract they HAVE to give you 28 days notice in writing,if they haven't then you DON'T change.

Not Glasgow area....but close enough(Ayrshire). Our p/t's are getting made up to 40hrs over 6days.....they all wanted it to put them in line for 100% Christmas bonus...!! I'm surmising if anyone had rejected it they would've worked their usual hrs and if any excess delivery was created through this , then it would've went out on pressure...!!!

same my office {ayrshire} but are offered the option first,40hrs ,6 days reserve posts with £100 bonus.If not gmc 25hrs
