It must be a local agreement as we leave ours under the frame on a sat :nana

Cheers.

Do you not touch it at all and just leave it in the yorks? Sometimes when it isn't due we have to get it sorted up and tray it ready for the next day.

Most sort it all and box it up like my place, depends on your office, some don't even sort it.
BUT,you don't have to deliver it on Sat!!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

If it comes in seperate trays we simply put it back on the york and its pushed to one side. If it appears in your mech we band it up and leave it under the
frame. Simples :Very Happy

Some leave mailsort packets but i prefer to get rid asap so i take mine, but i do have a van.

Horrendous, 79 packets, loads of sign fors, and loads of people out, so you end up carrying the bloody things twice. and the letters were heavy too, plus we had the councils quarterly magazine as a D2D and they are not exactly light either, and the old hands say it's going to get worse, loads of us cut off today.

even if I don't box in d2d's with rest of post I always put the bundles of them in the relevant bags to weight. Incidently I also put my 1.5l bot of water in too. Max weight is max weight.

Ditto - snack, waterproofs, spare pens etc all weighed and accounted for in the max weight. Looks like ad0128s' manager would not get on with us. :Very Happy

Wednesday and Thursday both really bad. Loads of packets. Lapsing now cancelled till after xmas. Rained all day today and got home soaking. Panic caused in office due to delay of transporting pouches to their drop offs. Tail backs on a major road due to a jumper off a very high bridge.
