You have to put a grievance against that vengeful , unprofessional manager andappeal as on Planet RM the punishment would fair and just

Secondly if God Forbid you get more of the " RM treatment " , all the cock ups / bad handling etc; on top of each other will be something to bang RM round the head with for a " rainy day " .

I don't buy all this " take one for the team " or " take your medicine , either something is wrong or right .

My experience is that somemanagers don't necessarily agree with RM's braindead machine policy with CofC but they're under considerable pressure from Personnel whose job is to implement " policy " .

There's ways and means of getting even with RM if you use guile and patience ( torpedoing ) but you can only do that for so long - not even RM is that stupid .

The warning is obviously to soften you up and keep you on your toes .
