To quote a Postman Fluffy Plant - " We ( the Royal We of course ) brought Mark Higson in as the Union had a veto on everything , the business could not move forward " . He also bragged about orchestrating strikes . :crazy:

RM's senior management sound like a bunch of Boardroom Bullies who try and steamroller everybody :hmmmm - that's where the buck stops . Allegedly there's a jumped up PHG on the board who couldn't do the Caller's Office job waging war with London .

The other gem from the plant was that in his widespread experience was that everybody who'd taken a tribunal out against RM was guilty of some disciplinary offence - so putting somebody on a trumped up charge on the flimsiest pretext / grounds or being over zealous on relatively minor offences makes everything OK ? :crazy: - Begs more questions than answers :hmmmm

Got a one year serious warning.

I now have to take a few days and find out what my next course of action is.
