You are doing all you can, it is almost impossible to work a 9-2 contract and complete and they know it.

this has happened ever since I started my advice would be if you want the over time go wi the flow and if you run over put doc in or if you need finished on time then tell them you are unable to work past your time if you get grief get union rep to go in with you and hopefully u should b sorted but whatever you do don't worry about it as it happens all over the uk if they think they can walk over u then am afraid you will b the new door mat so try to put doc in or get union rep to go with you when u tell them u aint working past 2

stuff that mail in the red bags fast as u can.........
then out u go free..

if its 30 mins or an hour over ..
claim in the morning.... ( mail volumes vary )

remember .. the lazier u are the more chance they will put u on a easier walk

You'll be wise to make sure they know, but they have no business with the 'why's'

It's a shame, do you know many other buisnesses that demand that you tell them you are not prepared to go over your time, most places have the decency to ask you!
