Just had an telephone consultation with ATOS at the end the 'nurse' gave me a website address for an online health check, so I thought I would share it with you all

All those physical tests are very subjective, eg. I don't smoke or drink tea or coffee but I get marked down because I'm knackered and don't get a chance to exercise........................and the fact that I like to eats..........................lots

I'm drinking too much, too stressed, not eating healthily,and not exercising enough.
