In our office the sorters some time get a bonus for savings, but on deliveries we only ever got one bonus of around £8 one month. Sorters also get an extra weeks xmas pressure money which deliveries do not get... must be the xmas fairy that delivers all the extra mail in that week
Union what Union? Do we have a union?

Why do some offices get a monetary value on their overspend and some get a hourly value?

BTW my office has the hourly value which just happens to be the amount of hours they took out in the past 2 years :hmmmm
Still got those 50/50 posters up in our office :left:
