Moved to ballot forum.
I rem someone saying this before the last strike.
How can he change their day off just like that?
I would of thought most of them would be on a duty at the start of this week!

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

given days off
One of the screws in mine does this and it really p****s me off.
Iv'e told him and reported it to area rep.
he thinks he's a law unto himself and will do this trick behind my back or when he's going to off for long weekend f*****g coward.
he's knows we have good support and is always trying to sneakily undermine the union.
god i could smash the little git sometimes.
I'ts a little comforting that it happens elsewhere but they just can't do it, especially the bank holiday one where they say to reserves
that is their day off!! hellooooo
