Well, it would seem that Royal Mail are not quite the 'sons of Satan' you believe them to be, as this from the other thread shows....

In the theory of the various communist ideologies they should have done. However, as they say power corrupts and absolute power corrupts absolutely, so in practice they did not "take their staff with them" instead they corrupted their own Utopian visions and oppressed everyone. I suppose in a way they did keep to the communist vision of treating everyone the same but instead of getting better it got worse.
BTW I am not a communist but I like to study, in an amateurish way, political movements. Sad fellow aren't I, good job I am not in China during the cultural revolution, my life expectancy would have been short.

If you have been given a 30 hour contract for the 4 week Christmas pressure period you will
get paid pro rate for that, ie £75.
If your hours are being made up with SA or OT, the bonus will be based on your basic contracted hours.
